We collect information from you when you message us via our ‘’Contact Us’’ page, via a direct email, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, make a treatment booking or sign up to our Loyalty Program.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, contact number or e-mail address. You may, however, visit and browse our site anonymously (by not contacting us).
If you are signed up to our Loyalty Program, we keep record of your purchase history and loyalty points.
If you place an order for a courier, the courier address will be requested.
We collect information directly from you where you provide us with your personal details. We only ask for the necessary information needed to assist you.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future SMS’s, you can reply ‘’STOP’’ to the message you receive, and we will remove you from our data base and Loyalty program.

An example of a third party we would use is a courier company, should you choose to place an order for courier. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
How do we store your information?
Email communications are stored on a password protected and virus protected PC.
Loyalty members' details are stored on a secure, password protected POS System.
Retention of Your Personal Information
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Security
Information stored by the POS System is kept in a secured database hosted in a PCI level 1 environment in Ireland (EU) in a strict, access-controlled data center with AWS (Amazon Web Services). Access to this database is limited to the data officer and is automatically backed up daily. Backups are deleted on a periodic cycle and passwords that are used to access the primary database are cycled throughout the year. The POS System has its frontend website and console hosted in a PCI level 1 hosting environment with AWS (Amazon Web Services). It enforces end-to-end encryption through an SSL certificate.
